Fuyi separator centrifuge were specially and professional designed for extremely demanding separation jobs. Key features of Fuyi separator centrifuge are its ability to handle high flow rates, high solid content and high-termperature process.
These functions make the centrifuge separator as the ideal choice to handle the tough conditions encountered in the animal and fish processing industries.
In addition , the fuyi centrifuge separator combines a high G-force from 6500 to 9800 , high sludge capabilities and automated operation. The centrifuge bowl can be made by Super Duplex stainless or normal Sus304, which makes it possible to combine extremely high erosion resistance with very high bowl speed for demanding separation duty.
Application
The Fuyi Centrifuge separator is designed for intermittent discharge of solids , while separating two intermixed and mutually insoluble liquid phases of different densities. In different optimized executions it is used for a large number of duties, from handing separation of fish press liquid , stick water and extract, and on the other hand purification of fish oil and liver oil , animal fats , peel oil and similar oil products.
Performance
The actual throughputs depend on variables such as the amount and type of solid , the temperature , viscosity and degree of separation required. The following figures indicate the rate of performance, although no guarantees are given.

Standard design
The machine consists of a frame that has a horizontal drive shaft with clutch and brake, worm gear , lubricating oil bath and vertical bowl spindle in the lower part.
The bowl is mounted on top of the spindle in the lower part. The bowl is mounted on top of the spindle , inside the space formed by the upper parts of the frame , the ring solid cover, the collecting cover, and frame hood . The feed and liquid discharge system , including the paring disc pump for the heavy phase, also rests on this structure. All parts in contact with the process liquid are made of stainless steel. The bowl is of the solid-ejecting disc type with hydraulic operating system. The electric motor is of the variable frequency drive type or of controlled-torque type.

1.Performance and Application of Separator
DHC separator is the equipment which special for oil refining that is of high speed, stable, hermetic, efficient and fully automated. All parts & components contacting materials are made of stainless steel, can effectively minimize chemical reaction between the materials to be separated and part surface contacted. The separated light and heavy phase materials will be output by two centripetal pumps of different sizes. This machine is fed upper, so it has very low inlet pressure for materials. The driving of the separator employs hydraulic coupler and a pair of helical step-up gears, power is transmitted by liquid, so it can step up steadily and have overload protection.
The residue-extraction of slide piston is controlled by computer and PLC, is highly automated, adaptive to change in process, easy to adjust, and can greatly reduce the operation labor of workers.
This separator is widely used for degumming, desoaping and water washing in vegetable oil continuous refining process, is one of the best equipment for modern oil refining. Precaution concerning safe operation of separator- All parts of the separator drum have gone through dynamic balance after assembling, each part shall be mounted in sequence, and shall not be interchanged and missed. The thread connecting part shall be mounted in position, all assembling marks shall be aligned.
- Before turning on, you shall check the operation water pump system, and it shall be free from water leakage with solenoid valve closed.
- Don't dismount any part on the separator until the drum stops completely.
- If the separator has any abnormal vibration and sound at operation, you shall cut off the power supply immediately in an emergency stop way. After the drum stops completely, dismount, clean and check the parts & components to find out the cause and remove that. Only after that can you re-assemble and start it. The interval between each restart and previous shutdown shall not be less than 4h, so as to avoid the fusible plug from fusing.
- If there is any problem concerning quality in the separator's main parts & components, you must notify us timely, but shall not replace and repair by yourself, in case damaging the machine and influencing safety production. The user himself shall be responsible for any loss caused due to disobeying the operation instructions.
- Before turning on it, please do check the oil level of the gear box, which shall not be lower than the mark in the middle of the oil level.
- Any part of the separator shall not change shape or be manufactured by thermal processing way e.g. electric welding and gas cutting, etc.
- The separators are developed and improved continuously all the time.Our company are not responsible to inform the changement. Any differences between the actual machine and this manual, preference of actual machine.
- The buyer should explain to the seller that this separator used for separating severity corrupt medium. So that the sellers can choose the anticorrosion material . In the process of running , if the corrosion depth of any parts of drum exceed1mm,should stop running and contact with our company .
