General Description
Tubular separator is a precise separation machinery which fit for the lower solid content suspension liquid and lower small proportion dissolve liquid.It was the key machinery for the pharmaceutical,food,chemical,bio-products and beverage etc.
Based on the separation function,our company have two type separator:Clarify GQ and Separation GF.GQ series tubular separator is mainly used for liquid and solid separation and GF series works on the three phase separation including the light liquid,heavy liquid and solid.
For various application and machinery operation,the tubular separator is categorized:General purpose,special type(Laboratory model,Chinese Medicine Clarification,Blood separator,Bacteria type,Biodiesel type),Explosion-proof type,Fully sealing explosion-proof type,Cooling type,Swing type,Front open type.

every parts of the centrifuge is made by ourself except for the machine body molding, thus it keep the centrifuge quality we can control by ourself as well and keep the long-time running without problem .
From the spindle to the separator bowl , each technics have at least more than 30 step to finish a parts .

Tubular separator is a high-speed precise,energy efficiency,environmental machinery within the all separation machinery.To achieve the separation purpose by the different material liquid proportion based the centrifugal force.As photo show the raw material liquid is feeding by the lower of the separator and outlet by the upper machine body and the solid remain the bowl inner surface by the high centrifugal force.
Typical Applications
Chinese medicine (plant, animal extracts) separation: separation process directly affects medicines (including plant extracts, animal extracts)quality. Some extracted liquid contain polysaccharides, proteins, pectin, saponins and insoluble impurities in the fluid,can not be removed by filtration. There are fine particles remaining in the extraction process, etc., can use tubular separator for separation.
Food industry: vinegar, spices, oil refining, fruit juice purification(fiber, pectin, remove insoluble proteins, residual impurities), Chicken Extract separation, pigment separation, dehalogenation crystal salt, sugar off the honey, health wine purify, yeast separation and so on.
Blood products: can be applied to separate people, chickens, pigs, cattle, sheep, and other blood plasma and blood cells. Can be used to product the plasma (blood) protein powder, albumin, hemoglobin, thrombin, SOD and so on.
Biopharmaceutical: used in the preparation of vaccines, cell separation. Such as: rabies vaccine, DPT vaccine, pneumonia vaccine, Escherichia coli, Bacillus spores, lactic acid etc.
